Hello and thank you for stopping by my website!

 

I am a studio potter based in Perthshire, Scotland. I love creating and working with clay, finding the things I love to make whilst experimenting with new forms and techniques to improve my skill set and develop my experience of working with clay.  I enjoy throwing and slab building and currently I'm experimenting with mono printing with clay! Watch out for images appearing in  my gallery.   

 

​There is so much to the world of pottery and creating. It can be overwhelming sometimes but as I find it calming and absorbing, I find myself focusing on my next project and just enjoying the process.

Look out for posts on my Instagram account #crochendymark for any up coming craft markets I will be attending, but I hope in future to venture into an online shop presence! I am also contemplating offering pottery classes as I get asked about this a lot. I'm working out the logistics of running the studio and then offering a space for classes. Watch this space.

For those who are interested, my pottery  name comes from the Welsh for "Mark's Pottery" giving a nod to my Welsh roots.
