TERMS AND CONDITIONS
My work and Commissions / Deposits.
Each piece is hand finished and hand made, so there might be slight differences between items in weight, height and pattern making each piece unique and one of a kind. All care is taken to replicate colours in images but these can vary due to monitor/ screen differences. If you order a commission and use a piece of previous work as a reference, I will try my hardest to recreate the work to the finish but as I use natural materials and work is created in batches, I can't guarantee I will be able to produce the work exactly as requested. By reading this and understanding the nature of my work. I will ask for a 50% non refundable deposit on all commissions. This safeguards my time and effort on the commission if you, the client decides to pull out.

Shipping

Domestic orders are usually delivered within 7 business days. International orders can take up to 12 weeks. This is due to checking up new EU documents and with busy postal periods, such as the lead up to Christmas, delays can happen.
You will receive an email from the courier or myself when your order is on its way.
On occasion you may be contacted for further contact details to ensure your parcel is delivered correctly.

For international shipping please be aware that there might be tax or customs charges. Please keep in mind that you may need to pay customs fees upon the collection of your parcel.

If your parcel is lost or damaged please get in touch and we will assist in anyway we can.

Returns

Returns are only accepted if the incorrect item was shipped. This may happen as work may get work mixed up in the boxing process. We will do our best to ensure you are happy with replacements or refunds.

Care

Our pots are handmade and are more fragile than industrially manufactured work.
We recommend handwashing our pieces, not putting them in the microwave and avoiding using the pieces with food or drink that heavily stains.

Having said this, I use my own work daily and I put the work in through the dishwashing for several years without any issues. But please just take care.
